In November 2022, together with Jef Colruyt, we organized an interesting presentation and workshop during the Digital Leaders Academy with the leading officials of Digitaal Vlaanderen. A next step in the digital strategy for Flanders.

In a nutshell: the challenges faced by Colruyt Group are strikingly similar to those faced by the Vlaamse overheid. A solid delegation of enterprise architects has proven to be an important catalyst for digital transformation. They are indispensable in facilitating the necessary strategic alignment across departments.
